Step One: The first step in beginning your project is to contact us to explore your ideas. You invite us into your home for about 45 minutes to talk about your plans and measure your basement. Your dreams, objectives, possibilities, opportunities and budget should be defined so that we understand what is most important to you. We use our experience to make suggestions and provide a different viewpoint to consider. This process generally clarifies what you are trying to achieve and gives us solid insight as to our recommendations for your project.

Step Two: Your ideas and goals are then incorporated into a professional design that will fit your budget and enhance the value of your home. We generally produce a scaled drawing of your basement that consolidates all the ideas and features of your project. We use our creativity and experience to help you achieve your goals and make you aware of the advantages of differing designs and using different products.

Step Three: We meet again to review the drawings and specifications, and make any changes per your request. Final selection of wall color, trim package, etc. are made at this point. Both parties approve a final agreement and a schedule is set for a target starting date.

Step Four: We begin construction. The most exciting yet challenging part of your project is when your home starts its transformation. We work closely with you during this time so you understand the progress and discuss any field changes that might occur. Our Installation Manager will be your contact point during this time. It is important to make sure that you are totally satisfied with all the work being performed at you home. We all will be there every step of the way.

Step Five: You view the Awesome Results! After the activity has subsided, and your furniture is back in place, we want to leave your home as new friends.
